What Cause Abdominal Cramps And Difficulty In Urination?

i have abdominal cramps that comes and go...then recently i have difficulty after i urinate and there was a stain of pink thing on the tissue? is it a pregnancy test or what. I had my period in Mar 21 and lasted 4 days, then Apr 17to21 and May9 to 12...please advise. thanks

Difficulties in urination with abdominal pain may be due to urinary tract infection. You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination as well culture and sensitivity testing. Then take antibiotics treatment accordingly. Drugs like levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be useful. It is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
