Hi, The tissue connecting my lower lip to my gums has become inflamed and very sore. It has been about a week now. I am a 22 year old male and am just getting over a cold. What is this tissue called? What can be the reason for this soreness? And what can I do to make it better?
Hi, Thanks for posting the query, This could be due to infection, cold, allergy or improper oral hygiene. I would suggest you to get a chcekup done, go for complete mouth scaling and polishing. Take lukewarm saline nad antiseptic mouthwash rinses. Take multivitamin supplements. Get the common cold treated.
