What Can Nasal Septum Perforation Mean?
I just found out I had a nasal septum perforation and staph. What could it be? I've also gained about 10 pounds in the passed 10 months. I run, I eat no carbs... I don't do drugs I try to drink a lot of water... I don't know what's going on with me.

Is there history of trauma,Cocain abuse,granulomatous disease wegners granulomatosis?
In case no history of trauma or drug abuse no previous history of surgery , biopsy of the margin of perfoaration is important to confirm diagnosis
