What Is Causing Clear Nasal Dripping After Having Septoplasty?
I had a septoplasy recently. I also have a perforated septum. I am still having some difficulty breathing from the nostril where the major portion of surgery took place. i am also having some bleeding-not major but never had bleeding before.i notice a fair amount of clear nasal dripping-another issue I never had in the past. Any advice?

continue nasal decongestant drops for a week
twice daily and stop .
bleeding points will be controlled
nasal discharge also gets controlled .
usually there will be discomfort post septoplasty for one to two weeks.
don't get worried much
