What Can Explain Lumps In Abdomen Happening With High BP?

I found a small lump about the size of a raisin on the lower left side of my abdomin right above the pelvic bone. It is superficial and can be grabbed along with the skin. Found it today and it is not painful. What could it be? I want to mention that I am 23 and also have high blood pressure.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this could be lipoma and this not because of your history of High blood pressure, if this is not hurting you then just forget it, just keep eye open, if the size of swelling increases then this should be brought to investigation, hope this information help you have nice day.
