What Can Cause Painful And Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding?
I continue to have abnormal vaginal bleeding. (I have been seen for this issue but I wasn’t taken seriously and I don’t want to waste more money going again .) It started over two months ago with normal menstruation- like symptoms(I am highly irregular anyway but nothing like this before.) and slowly got more painful, and heavier. I passed large clots (ranging from dime to slightly bigger than a golf ball) and what looked like some tissues. I was told I had no hormones indicating pregnancy and nothing further was done to assess the situation. What is likely going on?
I've gone through your query. I can understand your anxiety.
Abdominal cramps & Heavy blood flow with unusually large clots may be due to hormonal changes, Intra uterine devices, & also due to diseases like Fibroids & many other conditions.
You have to assess the flow of blood by counting the no.of pads your are changing per day. If it's morethan normal, you need consult a gynaecologist for further assistance.
Take tab. Mefenamic acid thrice daily. Take plenty of fluids.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Get well soon.
