What Can Cause Large Stomach Post Complete Hysterectomy While Taking Antibiotics For UTI?

I had a Complete Hysterectomy on September 4, 2013. With the first 10 days I lost 12 pounds, now 5 4 weeks later I have not only gained the 12 pounds back I have gained and additional 15 pounds. My stomach feels and looks like a basketball. I am curently on antibiotics due to a UTI. Shoud I be concerned?

Hormonal changes of menopause might make you more likely to weight gain around your abdomen than around your hips and thighs.
