Hello dear
Understand your concern
Following are the causes of continuous abortion:
Unknown cause (in 40-45 percent case cause is not detected), antiphospholipid antibody syndrome, auto immune disorder like lupus and dermatomyosis, TORCH infections, cervical incompetence, low progesterone, diabetes, alcohol and smoking, blood disorder .
You have to investigate the above cause by consulting gynecologist/fetal medicine specialist.
Do following test: APLA test, PT and APTT, hysteroscopy, serology for torch infections, hormonal assay, blood sugar, ds DNA antibody.
Go for above testing and do not woory, After diagnosis it is easily manageable.
Hope this may help you
Best regard
