What Can Cause Blood And Burning Sensation While Urinating?

i am a 15 year old female, currently taking metformin, zarah, and levothroxine for PCOS and hypo-thyroidism. i am 5'4 and overweight due to the PCOS. for the past few days there has been a burning feeling when urinating, and it seems there is a small amount of blood, but i dont know hether it is vaginal or from urinating. what could be causing this? im not sexually active, so the transfer of STD's is not an option.
