What Can Cause A Feeling Of Low Pressure In The Ear After A Hit On The Head?

A friend of mine asked me to look this up for her. She hit her head on Sunday. On Monday, she began to feel pressure in her ears. She describes it as being similar to what one feels on an airplane. There is no hearing loss; she is not in pain. But she wonders whether she should see a physician. Thank you!
