Hi Im Dr Fahim and I will answer your query

I have read your question and understood your concerns for your son. Trauma to testis can result in testicular torsion and testicular hematoma. Torsion presents with severe pain, while n hematoma there is swelling along with pain. Ultrasound is the appropriate investigation in testicular trauma. It help in assessing any damage. Meanwhile he can take paracetamol 500mg thrice daily along with scrotal support for pain relief.

I have my answer will help you. Do rate it if you like it.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history related to your son of 13 who was hit in the balls 2 weeks ago and he bled 3 days ago.
Anyways you are taking him to the Ultrasonography and it is natural to have anxiety or sorry for a boy of just 13.
You can tell him the following:
Tell him that since he suffered from trauma he needs to be investigated so that proper treatment can help him the cure. It should be as simple as this.

Get the further investigation s and an appointment for Urologist's opinion.
