What Can Be Done To Cure Outgrowth Next To Anus?

hello, I ve been having anal with my boyfriend and I realized just after that, that I have some outgrowth next to my anus... what can this be? I ve been having anal with him before, and I ve noticed the same problem, I just needed to wait 1-2 days and it went away. Will it be always like this?

Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
What you are feeling could be just a normal skin tag.
This can be easily removed, for cosmetic reasons and if it is causing discomfort.
It could be a prolapse or external pile ( haemorrhoid ).
Are you having any symptoms such as blood in your stools, constipation etc?
IF so, this is more likely to be a haemorrhoid or an anal fissue.
Also , an anal polyp could present this way.
If it is painless, it is most likely an anal skin tag or an anal polyp.
Either ways, it is best to consult a gynecologist and have an internal assessment.
That way you will be reassured.
Make sure you have protected anal sex, as chance of transmission of sexually transmitted infections and diseases - STI and STD - are highest with anal sex.
All the best
Please feel free to discuss further.
