Hi,

It is so unfortunate to know about your miscarriage. I see from your scan report that the gestational age is 8 weeks. Fibroid is nothing to worry about, it's small in size and myometrial, but with this background I would have suggested to start with medical termination pills instead of evacuation. That would avoid a surgical procedure and anesthesia risks.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Swathi Kamidi, OBGYN
