You should get your investigations done like haemogram , x ray chest ,sputum examination .
I would like to know your age.
You should get your cardiac status checked.
It can be due to tuberculosis also so consult a physician.
It can be due to stomach causes in which endoscopy is required.

Thanks for query,
It seems that you might have acute tonsillitis or acute pharyngitis.
Due to soreness and severe infection in throat you spit blood.
Go for Azzithromycin 500 mg once daily for 3-5 days.
Take anti inflammatory tab. too.
Do salt water gargle.
Avoid fried and junk food.
