What Are These Bumps On My Throat After Performing A Oral Sex ?

Hi, I preformed oral sex on a guy around 2 am, but woke up around 7 am this morning with my throat hurting. Also, there are bumps on the back of my throat. Do you think an std would show up that fast?

STDs will not show up so early, it can be a viral infection, drink plenty of warm water and do gargles with warm salt water. If the problem persists please consult your ENT specialist.
