What Are The White Spots On My Lip?

I have four little pin head sized white spots on my bottom lip and I noticed a white spot on both tonsils, where the skin of the roof of the mouth meets the tonsils. I have no sore throat and no pain of the lip. My cat did put his foot on my bottom lip last week, I noticed the white spots on my lip two days later. I just noticed the white spots in my throat. I feel great, hate these white spots on my bottom lip.

Hi,

It could be due to apthous. You need not to worry. I would suggest you to:
- Maintain complete hygiene
- Use benzydamine, chlorhexidine mouthwash and avoid hot and spicy food
- Avoid licking or sucking of lips and apply cold compresses

Spot will subside gradually with such combination of factors. You should visit oral physician once if symptoms keeps on occurring and complete examination done and start treatment accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
