What Are The Water Filled Bumps On The Elbow?
My ten year old daughter has small bumps on her elbow that look like water-filled warts. They do not have a rough head on them. They are very smooth and cream colored almost as if they have pimple-like heads on them. We are at a loss as far as what we should do to treat because we cant figure out what it could be.
