Hi there...

Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day. This might help.
Also you might want to rule out gout, if swelling of foot and small joints are affected and painful. More than allergic reaction, I am thinking of gout, in which there is high uric acid in the blood and also this could be the reason why you have recurrent kidney stones.

Please visit your doc and get a blood test ....serum uric acid levels. Also you would have to avoid red meat, beer, fish as all these aggravate gout .

Hope I have provided some useful information.

Do get back to me if you have further queries.

Regards,
Dr. Divya Kuttikrishnan
