What Are The Symptoms Of Valley Fever?

How do you diagnose Valley Fever? I have been ill with a terrible cough/ bronchial condition since the 6th of March. I am also extremely tired, probably, from all the coughing I have been doing for so long. I went in yesterday for a series of blood tests and a sputum sample. Unfortunately I could only get some sputum last night at about 6PM and I put in in the refrigerator over night and took it to the lab this morning. How long will it take to get the results and what is the treatment?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Valley fever would present with skin manifestations as rash in many of the cases, low grade fever, loss of appetite and general malaise. Can discuss further once the lab reports are available.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
