Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Valley fever is a fungal lung infection coccidoidosis. In accute disease a person can have mild symptoms of fatigue, fever, chest pain joint pain etc.
The development of symptoms depends on the physical conditions of the person affected.
You are in very good conditions so the symptoms are mild and disease will resolve by itself within weeks.
