What Are The Symptoms Of Sinus?

I am 22 yr old female. I have had my tonsils and adnoids removed. I do still get the occasional case of strep but I know that is not what this is. I had a sore throat and high fever last week, the symptoms cleared up on their own. I am again experiencing a sore throat that feels the same as the one I got last week. I am not yet running a fever but it took about a day for the fever to start last week. I know that I most likely have a cold or some sinus issues, I just want to know how to help with the pain. Any suggestions?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to chronic sinusitis.

For that you can take tablet levocetrizine.

Continue steam inhalation and Betadine gargle twice a day.

In case of not getting relief you may require X Ray after ENT consultation.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
