What Are The Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I had intercourse 2-3weeks ago didnt use a condom until he was about to ejaculate, I have an 18week old and currently breastfeeding, I took a pregnancy test today and came back negative. But my lower tummy feels bouncy and my tummy looks bigger, I had a sudden urge of hunger two nights ago. And felt very frustrated but I'm feeling fine now. Could I possibly be pregnant or?... what are early symptoms of pregnancy while breastfeeding. Because im trying to lose weight and im not sure if im pregnant can you lose weight while pregnant if you dont know? Or will your body not allow it?

Breast feeding/nursing is a natural contraceptive and although not a very effective one, in many cases it can help prevent conception. It is something created for God to promote spacing between children, and so they are not born and conceived back to back. Hoping this alone would prevent conception in your case. Your symptoms could be related to the hormonal changes your body is experiencing and of course it is way too early for your tummy to grow due to pregnancy. You can continue trying to lose weight, your body should allow it right now as pregnancy is not a close possibility.
