Pull-out method is not safe enough and has a high failure rate. If you can combine it with another method like safe period or barrier contraception, the efficacy will be increased. As you have missed a period, please get a home pregnancy test with a fresh early morning sample of urine. Your symptoms are not specific for pregnancy, they can also mean an impending period. If pregnancy is confirmed, please see a specialist for proper evaluation and also a trans-vaginal sonogram. Hope this helps.
