If she is HIV positive and your condom has burst during the sex, you do carry a risk of contacting HIV.
The best thing for you to do is immediately inform the HIV counselling and testing centre about such accident. Ideally it has to be done within 24-48 hours. Then your blood is taken for HIV testing and immediately you are given double the dose of antiretroviral (anti HIV) medicines. Further these medicines are to be continued for at least 28 days since she is HIV positive. Again you will be tested subsequently for HIV and depending upon the result, the treatment will further be continued. This is known as Post Exposure Prophylaxis.
If you happen to be HIV positive, please get your CD4 cells count done on your blood and depending on it, monitor your HIV treatment. In such cases, HIV treatment has to be continued life time. Please do not waste any time and rush to HIV Clinic.
Remember HIV does not mean immediate AIDS and immediate death. HIV is now a Chronically manageable condition, provided you adhere to the advice and medicines.
For future, some advice:
1. While using condom, always remove the air in the tit at the tip of the condom and wear the condom while the tip is pinched in the fingers. If the air is not removed, it gets trapped and with ejaculation, it bursts.
2. Always confirm that neither you nor your partner is suffering from any other sexually transmitted disease, lest it increases the chance of HIV transmission manifold.
3. Even if two HIV positive people are enjoying sex, still they should exclusively use the condom.
I hope this will guide you for the current problem and future care for prevention.
