Pregnancy symptoms are very unreliable and vary widely between different women and different pregnancies. However, at 5 days after unprotected intercourse fertilization may have only have just taken place, since it takes time for the egg and sperm to find each other inside you. So a blood test may not even be positive that early. You really need to wait until you miss your period to have a reliable test result, and at that point a urine test you can purchase should be positive if you use your first morning urine. I m sorry that this is the case and I know it is hard to be patient but you will not gain anything for testing too early since if the test is negative it can just be too early to be positive.
