What Are The Symptoms Of Potential Pregnancy?

I had Unprotected Sex The Day I Got Off Of My Period (9.12.2010).. A Week And a Half Later My Teeth Are Very Sensitive When i Chew On Anything And My nipples Are Very Sore And Erect. On Top Of This I'm Constantly Sleepy During The Day But Wide Awake At Night. I Also Have Been Urinating A lot More Often And I Have Excessive Discharge.. Are These Early Signs Of Pregnancy.? Or Is It To Early To Tell.?
