What Are The Symptoms Of Post-nasal Drip?

I have bumps at the back of my throat, not too raised, quite uneven. i had my tonsils out at a young age but the area where they used to be seems to be swollen a bit. i feel that there is catarh at the back of my throat too. Are these symptoms of post-nasal drip? I do not have a cold or fever.

Hello,
Yes there seems to be Post nasal dripping.
There is not compulsorily cold or fever all the time.
this could be a chronic ie long term infection in the nose and sinuses.
You should get an ENT consultation there could be two reasons for bumps at back of throat---
1. nasal dripping at the back
2. reflux disease ie reflux of food contents from stomach to the throat like heart burn , belching etc.
For nasal dripping you might need to get done CT scan of nose and sinuses and then treatment accordingly.
In doubt do reply.
