Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. Herpes can recur when your immunity is low. It usually presented as fluid filled rashes with with burning sensation and itching. Antiviral therapy with famcyclovir and local acyclovir cream will be helpful to decrease the duration and severity of it. If you send a picture of it then will be more helpful in identifying it.
