What Are The Symptoms Of Gastritis Cancer?

Hi my name is Lizzie byrd and I am 52 yrs. Old I was told that I have gastritis cancer then I took a cat scan they told me it was negative and then I took another upper go and they said they saw something . can you tell me what symptoms I would be having.

Hello Dear. Symptoms of gastric cancer are

1.nausea/vomiting
2. frequent heartburn
3. loss of appetite (sometimes accompanied by sudden weight loss)
4. constant bloating, indigestion
5. early satiety (feeling full after eating only a small amount)
6. bloody stools
7. Diagghoea or constipation
8. jaundice (a yellowish discoloration in the eyes and skin)
9. excessive fatigue
10. stomach pain (which may be worse after meals)

Diagnosis is made by Upper Gastro intestinal endoscopy and CT Scan

Treatment- Surgical- partial or complete gastrectomy followed by chemotherapy or radiotherapy
