The most common symptoms of heart failure are dyspnoe and breathlessness.
Your doctor has prescribe him, you can discuss the aspirin, if he has ischemic heart disease. He should have low cholesterol levels, so he needs diet with low animal fat, if he is overweight he should restrict carbohydrates, soda, eat small portions, try not to eat after 7pm. I will also recommend try to change his graphic and exercise at least 3 times a week.

I hope I could help you
