What Are The Symptoms Of A Miscarriage?

I recently became sexually active I was put on the drop shot since I was put on I m constantly feeling sick to my stomach I didn t have a period the first month and now I m in the second I ve had diarrhea that is very mucus filled for the passed 3 or 4 days and I bleed some dark brown blood for 2 days but then i started bleeding vwry bad the nwxt day and crampwd very bad that night i went to use the bathroom after I started cramping and I felt something come out of me a very large blood clot with white near the middle did I miscarry?
