What Are The Suggested Medicines To Increase Hemoglobin?

My mother is 65 years of age. She has undergone her hysterectomy at the age of 32. She is having diabetes and takes her medicines regularly. I recently got her blood and urine checked. Her sugar is nil, but her HB has come down to 6.7 only. Can you suggest some medicine that can increase her HB? Thank you...

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, she must be anemic since long. Lucky she is not facing any problem with it.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment, because the level is very low.
The worms in the intestine may be the one of the causes, the other cause may be the less intake of nutrient foods.
She may need to have injection of iron, for treatment of anemia.
So i advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
Let her take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods, to have a early recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
