Hi Doctor,

i have just done my sperm test a week ago and i got the result today

please help me to solve is it fine with this results or not,

1. My Colour is = creamish white
2. My Viscosity is = Normal
3.My pH is = 8.0
4. My Liquefaction time = Normal
5. My count/ml = 65 million
6. My white cell 3-5
7. Motillity at 1 hr = Actively 50%
8.Sluggish at 1 hr = 10%
9. Non Motillity = 40%

please advice

hello user, as per this report your sperm count is fine (lower limit 20 milliom/cc) - PH is ok (range 7.2-8.0) motility is ok (atleast 40 % should be motile) and liquefication time is normal - however the presence of 3-5 wbc/hpf may indicate towards some possible infection of structures that prouce and store semen - so further investigations like sperm culture is required and if confirmed , it can be treated with antibiotics- consult your physician for that . hope i answered your query - if satisfied please rate the answer
