What Are The Small Painful Lumps In The Rectal Area?
so i noticed yesterday that i have 2 or 3 soft white painful lumps on my rectal area. i m worried about what they may be and not sure if i should go to the doctors to get it checked out. it hurts when i sit, move awkwardly, when my anus constricts, and when i have bowel movements. please help me!

As this is recently developed lesion it seems that you might be having some local ingrown hair follicle infection or dermatitis, got infected.
Thwere is another possibility of having fistula in ano.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
Meanwhile apply antibiotic cream locally.
Take plenty of water.
Avoid fried, chillies and junk food.
Ok and take care.
