Even one dose was sufficient. These pills have more than 90% success rate. Postinor 2 contains levonorgestrel which is a Progestational hormone. After consumption of these pills, withdrawal bleeding is known to occur after about 4-7 days. Also, these pills do delay the menses for about a week or so. Therefore I feel you need not be under the stress of pregnancy. Wait for one more week for the periods to appear. If they do not, you may opt for pregnancy rest on overnight first morning urine sample. Done earlier, these tests may give false negative results. Alternatively, you may go for Beta hCG test which gives reliable results even few days before missing a period. If you are not pregnant and the periods are delayed for more than 15 days, you may take Tab. Deviry for 5 days; 4-7 days later you would get withdrawal bleeding. Frequent use of emergency post coital contraceptive pills are known to cause menstrual irregularities. Hence, you do not want the pregnancy in near future, please opt for some reliable regular birth control methods like contraceptive pills, condom or intrauterine device.
