Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Ovarian cysts can be benign or malignant. The nature of the cyst can be confirmed by a Doppler ultrasound and serum tumour marker CA-125.
I would suggest you to get investigations done to assess the nature of the cyst and get further management accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
