What Are The Side Effects Of Tryptomer?

hi, my mother is 51 years old and she is a diabetes patient. she was prescribed NITREST 5mg in 2010 from a doctor as she remains disturbed and had problems in sleeping at night. after consulting another doctor in august 2011 he stopped NITREST and put my mother on TRYPTOMER 25 MG, which is not suiting her and she doesnt feels fresh in morning when she wakes up. kindly suggest what is to be done and please mention the side effects as she thinks she is putiing on weight.??

Hi,

The side effects include weight gain for both class of medicines but if you wish to change medication you can try Tab Alprax 0.25mg at night time which is similar to Nitrest.
