Your doctor has prescribed you homocheck tablets which contains vitamin B12,folic acid and pyridoxin all of them are vitamins.Homocyseine levels may increase in vitamin deficiencies.So you can have this tablet to control your homocysteine level.
Secondly as this is multivitamin preparation,side effects are minor and less likely and generally related to gastrointestinal disturbances.take these tablets as per your doctor and follow his guidelines.
