Hi,

Common side effects of anti-TB medicine AKT-3 include nausea, vomiting, flu like symptoms, body ache, tingling and numbness sensation, orange-colored urine or sweat or saliva, visual disturbances and liver dysfunction (liver toxicity).

Based on the history you seem to be suffering from gastritis or there may be a possibility of liver toxicity apparently caused ATK-3. In view of the above I advise you to consult your treating doctor for further evaluation and to carryout liver function tests (LFTs) to rule out liver issue. AKT-3 does not affect the breast feeding.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
