What Are The Side Effects If Hifeanc And Jointace?

I have contacted the EYE specilist due to less vision. scanning and enjeography also done and says that water filled in retina side due to some steroid consumption. I have taken following medicines under medical super vison. HIFEANC ( 1+1) JOINTACE (1+1) AND SHELCAL-500 (1). This medicines have any side effect to affect my eye

one is analgesic ,second is glucosamine and last one calcium. all for osteoarthritis, non is steroid. no side effect to diminish vision. so the reason may be some thing else.
