What Are The Red Patches On Both Knees?
A few days ago on both knees there was a red patch.no itching.then about 24 hours later it spread gown vertically both on the front legs.it is hot to the touch. Did not eat anything different.not from sun exposure,in shade with 60 sunscreen.vacationing in Aruba.

Most likely it is a sunburn from being out too long in the sun. I suggest you to use a soothing lotion e.g calamine lotion. As the skin heals over the next few days, the skin would exfoliate. You may use a moisturizer if there is too much peeling or desquamation
