What Are The Reasons For Shortness Of Breath, Heart Pain And Faster Heart Beat?

I have some short of breath and my heart hurts its like a shocking kind of pain and its there all the time sometimes it'll hurt more then it does and its been going on for about two weeks now and it came out of no where it also hurts when I breath in deep and my heart beat is going a little faster then normal

You should not neglect these symptoms. It is very difficult to comment with out a physical examination and investigating your condition. That chest pain you are having could be because of cardiac conditions like IHD or even anxiety can result in fast heart beat. Please consult your doctor for a physical examination. Your doctor may order certain investigations based on the physical examination findings. Diagnosis and further management depends on the investigation reports and physical examination findings.
