Hi I have been getting very dizzy, to the point I can't sit or stand I must lay down flat, I have been suffering from hightened sense of smell to the point I keep smelling this strong fume like smell / leather smell which is giving me a headache and making me nauseous ....

this is migrane hedache most common in females than males usually one side of thehead or may be both sides of the head. nausea and vomtings re also common.take migranl tablets and anti emetics.
