I was having major pain in my left knee. it would really hurt when I would get up from sitting or from a bent position. about two months ago I started to exercise to lose weight because I thought it would help my knee. I only walk fast on the treadmill or kickboxing video at home. lost 18 pounds. a short time after I started, my left hip bone started to hurt...as if I bruised it but I hadn't. then, about three weeks ago, I started waking up with neck and shoulder pain. about 2 weeks ago, I started to get dizzy and now for about a week, my tail bone is really hurting. i'm 37, two kids, both vaginal birth, last child in 2010.
