What Are The Possible Treatments For Dysplasis(cervix)?

I have severe dysplasia (cervix) and dont know which treatment option. A hysterectomy or the LEEP? I am 45 and think I would be more comfortable with the hysterectomy so I know it can t come back but worry about the effects of menopause. I would appreciate a professional opinion.

Hello mam at your age the best treatment option is hysterectomy because you will have menopause in some years otherwise also but chances of Recurrent disease in case of LEEP is much more as compared to hysterectomy. Take care.
