Hello,

Smoking has very ill effects on the body, so I will not recommend smoking. Smoking can lead to bronchitis, ischemic heart disease, lung cancer, pulmonary fibrosis, respiratory bronchiolitis etcetera. According to cause specific treatment given. You can investigate with chest x-ray and pulmonary function test to check respiratory problems if present. It's better to stop smoking. For physical examination consult pulmonologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
