Eczyma is a layman term it is called Dermatitis in Medical terms and of course fruits do help in Eczyma as it is usually due to Allergic conditions which causes inflammation to skin , fruits are rich in anti-oxidant and flavoinds which are good to reduce oxidative damage and inflammation
fruits with bright colours will be more helpful , Tomatto is rich source of Lycopene , Known For it's Anti-cancer properties and inflammation
Along with this you can try these herbs - like curcuma longa, Berberia aristata , Rubia cardifolia to alleviate allergy reduce inflammation of skin and check the growth of bacteria , fungus , and viruses as well

hello saovick,
welcome to HCM
eczema is a irritating one, so it needs to be cured but dear, no fruit juice or any food have direct curable effect on any skin complaint. if we consider it's helpful effect on skin, then i think many number of fruits and veg will be added to the list. you must have tried all medicines. external steroidal application is helpful. if you dnt find relief with any medicine then plz do not forget homeopathic treatment. it has excellent skin remedies. i can suggest one cream that is schwabe topi berberis cream, i have many patient relived by it, medicine i cant prescribe here.
wish you good health.
