What Are The Fleshy Lumps That Look Like Skin Tags At The Opening Of The Vagina?

I have lots of fleshy lumps, some of them even look like skin tags. They're inside the opening of my vagina. I've had them for a while but only just becoming concerned. There's quite a lot. I can never feel them so they don't cause pain. The only time I can feel them is when I try pull them. There's nothing inside them, just blood sometimes if I pull one off and they're just white tissue.

Hi

Genital warts correspond to the symptoms described. These warts occur due to a viral infection. It can be treated with topical medications, cautery or freezing.Do not pull or pinch them since it can spread. Pap smear can also be taken to rule out cervical abnormalities.

Hope that was helpful.Let me know if i can assist you further.
