What Are The Findings Shown In The Following Lumbar MRI Result?

What does the following info mean from my lumbar MRI results? T12-L1: 4.5 x 13 mm left paracentral disc protrusion that indents the thecal sac but produces no central canal or neur formation compromise? L4-5: bilateral L5 para defects allow for anterior subluxation of L4 by 1 cm; severe disc space narrowing with chronic endplate erosions and bilateral facet arthropathy are present; loss of disc spacing, the uncovered disc, and subluxation produce severe bilateral foraminal stenosis and flattening/compression of the right greater than the left extremity radiculopatgy L2-3: Mild retrolisthesis of L2, disc desiccation, and small left foraminal tear. The protrusion contacts, without displacing the L2 nerve root. Moderate levo-convex scholiosis centered at L4. Bilateral L4 pars defects also noted, with associated subluxation of 4 x 1 cm and advanced disc degeration of L4-5 L3-4 Minimal right and moderate left facet arthropathy. Mild ligamentous hyper trophy.

Welcome to health care magic.

1.There is a disc between the vertebral bodies helps as a shock absorber effect, the disc contains maximum percentage of water, due to degenerative changes when the water content / hydration is lost the disc slips / bulges.
2.There is disc protrusion at different levels T12-L1, L4-L5, the disc at this level seen compressing the nerve root.
3. Retrolisthesis - is posteriorly moved vertebrae in retain to the vertebrae below it.
4.Facetal arthro-pathy at different levels - inflammatory condition of the joint at mentioned levels.
5.All these findings are seen as age related changes / excessive joint usage / heavy working nature.
6.Treatment in this case will be initially exercise followed by physiotherapy - finally operative / interventional is treatment of choice.

Good luck.
