What Are The Findings In My Thyroid Report?

Hi,
I am a male 35 years old. This is the first time I had taken thyroid function test (on doctor's advice) as my face was puffy. The result is as follows:

T3 (Total); Method: CLIA: 43.74 ng/dl (reference 80-180 ng/dl)

T4 (Total); Method: CLIA: 3.20 microgm/dl (reference 4.5-12.0 microgm/dl)

TSH 3rd generation (HS TSH); Method: CLIA: more than 100 mIu/ml (reference 0.35-5.50 mIU/ml)
